It's February already! First month of the year...done!
Anyway, I was trying to find my motivation the past week and luckily I found it today -- 5 days before my marathon!
I've been pretty off with my runs lately. I do get all the miles in but I dunno...I just feel tired and blah during most of the runs. I barely finished my tempo run last week. Is it just me or am i starting to feel the symptoms of a burnout slowly creeping in? Well, it will have to wait until next week. Have to finish my marathon first on Sunday.
Luckily, something arrived in the mail yesterday...

Before signing off last night, I decided to start reading the February issue and right on the front page, written in bold... GET MOTIVATED NOW! Ahhh , just what I need. After reading the first 20 pages... voila! I found my motivation! Nothing like reading stories and words of other runners to inspire and motivate you. I fell asleep feeling really excited for my 5K easy run today. It's taper week already. And my body welcomes the easy paced short distances.
How was my run today? It was awesome! =)
