Wow! It's December already! Which means it's only 4 days until my first marathon. Woohoo! Am I ready? YES! I've been looking for the fast forward button so I could hit Sunday already!
It's also 24 more days 'til Christmas and I'm almost done wrapping gifts. Thank God for taper week so I have more time to shop and wrap gifts. And... I am also able to make my blog more Christmas-ey! Anyone notice the snow, background and other ornaments? =)
Anyway, I wanted to share a picture of our tree...
I'm happy we were able to get one for just $20. Woot! I was starting to panic coz this was up "just" two weeks ago. A bit late for me and much TOO early for you guys, I know. You see, back in our country, we put up our tree on November 3 every year.
Here are some photos of our old place in Manila during the Holiday season. You'll see our good old tree and our Christmas ornaments. Wish I could take them all here!
Our tree in Manila (as you can see) is much bigger though, but this size is perfect for our place. Changed the theme too. Grew tired of the warm colors we had for years, so I decided to make it cooler this time by using different shades of blue, silver and gold. =)
Is your tree up already?

ReplyDeleteI don't think we'll be putting up a tree this year. Usually it's my dad who's into putting up the tree way early, but since he died this past June no one in the house has had the heart to put it up because it reminds us so much of him.
